PILATES

A 45 minute class, stretch and tone is designed to combine techniques to build core strength and toning alongside stretching your whole body. Using pilates and yoga style moves this class is tailored to improve flexibility, strength and posture to help give you a more well balanced body and toned appearance.

This class is for all abilities with exercises to adapt to each individual.
