Circuit training can help tone your body and burn fat where you move your way around different exercise stations working to a time at your own pace and level. You will be motivated by our instructor and given adjustments to suit your ability, whilst focusing on perfecting technique to get the most out of your workout.

Don’t worry, we’re inside during the winter!! When the weather gets better we make use of the amazing outside space we have.
