I have been working in the fitness industry since 2009 working from fitness instructor to class instructor to Personal Trainer and fitness manger. I teach a variety of classes including vibe cycle, kettlebells, circuits, VIPR, functional fitness and box fit.
In my spare time I am always on the lookout for my next active challenge. I’ve completed a variety of personal fitness challenges including completing the three peaks challenge in 23hrs 53minutes, cycling lands end to John O’groats in 8 days covering over 100 miles per day as well as various half marathons and 10ks and a few swimming events.
I enjoy leading and being a part of circuits classes making sure they are effective, challenging, fun and varied.
