​​Dance has always been my passion, and I chose to study it at College and University. It was during this time that I realised the importance of Health and Fitness. ​​​

After a couple of years working full time, I decided I needed to get back into the Dance and Fitness world. I passed my Exercise to Music Course which opened more doors! 

During the evenings I teach Dance Fitness classes and get such a thrill from teaching Dance Fit! 

What I love about Dance Fit is that people can come together, enjoy the movement, and the music whilst improving their fitness, and working the mind! 

It is so rewarding to watch people get more confident week on week, and most importantly enjoy themselves whilst doing it!
