I love seeing people change, get more confident with exercise and the knock on effect it has outside the class environment. 

I got into fitness after hitting 30.  I needed a change in direction and a new focus so got my level 2 gym instructor qualification and started Personal Training with Ben. I booked into my first 10km race with Ben and haven’t looked back.  2 stone lighter I feel amazing, my pb’s at races keep coming my energy and confidence levels are at an all time high, and I truly believe that comes through in my classes, we have a laugh and we work hard, the difference in my regulars is awesome and the atmosphere in the classes is great, so supportive and friendly.  

I improved my strength and fitness, lost weight and now feel awesome!  I want to give others the same feeling!

I teach HIITFIT & MOVEFIT in Wellington along with a running club in Taunton.​
