Starting 6th July!

Spin is designed for all fitness levels and is a calorie burning session that focuses on cardio and exercise to music.

Have fun pedaling to the beat and tempo of various songs and genres. Follow your instructors timings, whilst completing drills that build power and endurance on and off the bike. Some classes may take music requests!

Spin is included in your unlimited membership (up to 2 classes per week, to be reviewed regularly) and you can also book pay as you go per class too. There’s just 5 spaces per class so don’t miss out!
