<p>This unique program, developed in partnership with <a href="https://www.channeladventure.co.uk/" title="">Channel Adventure</a>, will be run under our sister company <a href="https://applebeeshealth.co.uk/" title="">Applebees Health</a>.  </p>



<p>The program is designed to address the often-overlooked area of men’s health and well-being through a dynamic blend of physical activity, adventurous sports and resilience with coaching and tools to support physical and mental well-being.</p>



<p>Every <strong>Tuesday from 5.00pm to 6:15pm</strong>, join us for invigorating sessions that focus on building your overall strength, fitness and mindset in a community of like-minded individuals.</p>
