Our vision at Applebees Fitness is to create an affordable friendly fitness community to improve your health and well being, making exercise something you actually look forward too!​ Ben and his team has a fun, inspirational approach and the variety they bring to your training will keep it fresh. We are a team of four personal trainers – Ben, Harriet, Tanya and Tom as well as Jenny our development support. The final member of our team is Lucy, our yoga instructor. Find out a little bit more about us below
