Specialist areas: post menopausal nutrition and exercise & Running coach

I have been on my own personal health and fitness journey, on and off, for quite a number of years now. Believe me there have definitely been some ‘off’ times!​​

I ran my first marathon in 2005 but really only started running at the tail end of 2003. I went from 5k, 10k, half to marathon within a year and half. Prior to all of that I would never even have considered going for a run! I carried on enjoying running, entering events but then wanted to take things a step further by doing a personal trainer qualification. I achieved this in 2006. Family took over after that and now here I am three children later, happily heading back into health and fitness industry.

Since I started training with Ben just over a year ago, I have become fitter, stronger and healthier than I feel I have ever felt (and that’s after children!!) and I feel extremely passionate about wanting to help people achieve their own goals. I can work with you to enhance your general health and fitness through strengthening and conditioning and improved stability and flexibility but also through getting your nutrition right, which is key. I believe it’s about creating healthy habits not restrictions. Whatever it is you would like to achieve, I will help and soon you’ll feel amazing!
