Q) What services do you offer?
A) We offer 1:1 and group training at our Private Personal Training Studio at COACH, French Weir Park, Taunton, but home/outdoor sessions can also be arranged. All packages will be tailored to your needs, you will receive a bespoke plan suited to your goals. To find out more information, head to

Q) How much is it?
A) We have a number of packages to suit your needs, starting from £35 per hour for a Health MOT and discounted rates are available for block bookings. Please note, travel fees for home sessions will apply. Please head to to find out more information.

Q) Can I train with a friend?
A) Yes of course! Training with a friend can be from as little as £10 extra per session.

Q) I have a variety of health issues, can you help me?
A) At Applebees Fitness, all of our trainers have a high level of understanding of various medical conditions and can easily adapt training sessions to suit your individual needs. We firmly believe that everyone can be helped to get fitter and we will do out best to develop a plan with you.

Q) I’m not a member of a gym, is that ok?
A) Of course! You do not require a gym membership to use our 1-1- Personal Training Studio. We also offer home/park sessions to suit your needs.

Q) I’m pregnant/I’ve just had a baby, are you able to help me?
A) Yes, Ben and Harriet are both qualified with a Level 3 qualification in Adapting Exercises and Nutrition for AnteNatal and PostNatal clients and would be more than happy to offer you a tailored plan to suit your needs, in a safe and controlled environment to protect you and the baby.
