Our Goal Focused package is for those who wish to finally achieve something they never thought they would. This can be from losing weight to achieving your next PB, It is for someone who needs the support and guidance to help you get there.
In our goal focused package we are with you every step of the way. You receive 10 sessions that will push you out of your comfort zone and gain experience with a variety of effective exercises and challenges. We will aim to create new habits and increase your own knowledge and awareness of how your body moves and reacts to different exercises and foods. From positive mindset to using food as fuel, we will get you into your new way of life with no unrealistic training or diet plan, but with a training/diet balance. We will plan in your sessions around your work, family and other commitments #NOEXCUSES.
We will deliver your HEALTH MOT in your first session to get a clear idea of where you are along with provide you with the necessary information with your diet, training, mindset and mobilty. You will receive a bodyweight training plan along with a more focused gym plan to keep you active and on target outside your PT sessions. These are all so easy to follow with clear video demonstrations and accessed through our very own app.
