I am passionate about getting everyone moving and feeling amazing about theirselves no matter what obstacles are in your way. I also offer life coaching with tools and techniques to benefit my clients positively with their mindsets towards health and fitness, which becomes transferable into their daily life.
I have specialised in corrective exercise as the amazing results I get for my clients is very satisfying. Helping people move more effectively to benefit everyday life and reduce their daily discomfort. I have helped a number of clients rehab from lower back pain, shoulder weaknesses, wheelchair user mobility, elderly mobilty, Stroke, Heart attack just to list a few. All experiencing reduced discomfort and increased movement in as little as 4 weeks.
I have been in the Health & Fitness industry since 2012, and formed Applebees Fitness in 2014. Over the years I have worked with 1000’s of clients all at varying abilities and ages ranging from 12-97! I have helped many clients achieve many goals from weight loss & toning to strength gain and sport specific performance but most importantly feeling better about themselves.
Alongside Personal Training I work as an on call firefighter based at Taunton Fire Station. We are a busy station and deal with a variety of incidents from Domestic and Commercial Fires, Animal rescues, Water rescues, Assisting Ambulance and Police, Flooding, Road Traffic Collisions…and the list goes on! We are usually called out daily.
In my spare time I love spending time with my family. I make sure to have focused family time each week with my daughter Heidi, wife Sarah and walks with my happy little cocker spaniel Tilly.
I love to be challenged and aim to tick a few things off my bucket list every year (although each year I keep adding to it!). I am also a big fan of obstacle course races and usually compete in my superman costume for every race. Take a look at our youtube channel for some videos.
