I’m a former professional extreme sports athlete and five-time European Champion. I have dealt with many injuries and setbacks throughout my career, so I have a lot of experience in rehabilitating and working around various limitations and injuries.

As a level three qualified personal trainer with 20 years of experience in the sporting world and 12 years in personal training and fitness (including working for Dame Kelly Holmes), I love to help people achieve their personal fitness goals and make the journey fun too.
